The format of laura's classes
Fun Learning is the rule!
Each class has a basic theme upon which the whole section spans.
Do not underevaluate simple classes as "basic dough" or "pasta" because they are fundamental for the following ones!
A maximum of 12 around the kitchen table, hands in for everybody, delicious dishes coming to life in front of you from the simplest of ingredients.
The cost of the classes, which normally run in a 4 hours time frame, is very reasonable:
$60.00 for the basic ones: pasta, dough, cakes, pickels...
$70.00 for classes on meat and fish
Classes are held with no less than 7 people
The location is Denman, at Laura's, if not otherwise agreed.*
*Change of location is possible and will occur in a relocation fee which may vary depending on distance and number of people. Host must also cover all travel and accomodation expenses and all class related costs included venue and all grocery shopping.
